This installer is signed with SRTech's own code-signing certificate — self-issued rather than purchased from a third-party certificate authority, so Windows SmartScreen will likely show an "Unknown Publisher" prompt the first time you run it. This is expected: click More info then Run anyway to continue. Running this MSI automatically adds SRTech's certificate to your Trusted Root store, so the app and future updates installed the same way won't prompt again afterward.
macOS may warn that it's from an unidentified developer — this is normal for apps distributed outside the App Store. You only need to do one of these once, after dragging SRTechPDF to your Applications folder:
Option A (recommended, one Terminal command)
Open Terminal (Spotlight → type "Terminal") and paste:
xattr -cr /Applications/SRTechPDF.appThen open SRTechPDF normally.
Option B (no Terminal)
Right-click the app and choose Open (instead of a normal double-click) — a dialog will let you open it anyway. If that doesn't appear, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to the message about SRTechPDF, then try opening it again.
Confirm the file wasn't corrupted or tampered with by comparing its SHA-256 checksum:
